⬥ How do I register for Tantalus Rx?

Start by completing a registration online here, give us a call, or download our application form and complete it. Next, book an appointment with a Healthcare Practitioner to obtain a medical document. Once we’ve received your application and medical document, your registration is complete. 

⬥ How do I obtain a medical document? Can you refer me to a cannabis clinic?

Book an appointment with one of our partner clinics or download our medical document and bring it to your healthcare practitioner.

⬥ How do I transfer my medical document to Tantalus Labs?

Contact your current licensed provider and request they transfer your medical document to Tantalus Labs. You will also need to submit a registration which can be completed online here.

⬥ How can I prove I’m a medical patient?

You can use your 'Notification of Registration Approval' or your 'Shipping Confirmation' as proof of your medical cannabis prescription. These documents include your registration information, healthcare practitioner information, and your daily gram allotment. These documents are attached to your registration approval email and order confirmation emails. If you can't find yours, let us know.

⬥ How does shipping work?

We offer free shipping for orders of $99 or more. Shipping is done through Xpresspost by Canada Post and Purolator Express. Generally, we advise allowing 1-3 business days for shipping and processing orders. Shipping rates for orders of less than $99 are calculated based on carrier, parcel size, and destination.

All new patients receive a one-time free shipping credit to use however you like.

⬥ How do pricing and payment work?

We accept all major credit cards and Visa Debit as payment methods. Our strains start at $5.71 to $8.57 a gram, with volume pricing in place for larger orders. This means the larger the order, the better the price per gram.

⬥ How do I change my address in my Tantalus Rx account?

Contact our Client Care team and request an amendment to your account. We’ll send you an email with instructions to update your information in your Tantalus Rx account. 

⬥ Do you offer compassionate pricing?

At this time, we do not have compassionate pricing. Please check in with us if you have further concerns or questions.
